tool like this one
(I make mine with ball bearings in a
spring swedge). |

Fuller under the nose
with a blunt
chisel / fuller
|
|
Use a set hammer to draw and
shape under the nose. |

Punch eyes with suitable tool
|
|
Punch Nose
|
|
Cut out moustache
|
|
Punch/cut the mouth with moon
shaped punch or curved chisel. |
|
Mark beard with chisels.
