Portable Vise Stand

This vise stand features collapsible tripod
legs that allow you to fold it up and take it
on-site for demonsrations or to move it
around the shop as needed.

Notice the backplate has been cut out to
double as a tong(s) rack

Close-up of the pivot joints. Their locates 120 dgrees apart, and by having three legs it will
stand firmly on any surface.

Notice the chain. This prevents the legs from splaying
too far, and provides a place to stand when more holding
power is needed.

Note: This stand is NOT designed for really heavy work. Under extreme use it can collapse or topple
over. Please use common sense.
